Helen’s general Hatha Yoga classes are for everybody. They will include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation and meditation, with a strong focus on breath awareness. Options will be given to cater for different abilities and any injuries. Please BYO yoga mat and blanket.
