Tai Chi for Beginners

FRIDAY            8 Weeks        17 May - 5 July         10.30-11.30am

Tai Chi offers many benefits including improved physical health & wellbeing, and improved emotional & mental health. Christina is an experienced instructor so why not join this great new class. Classes include warm up exercises, Tai Chi breathing, Chu Kung breathing, Tai Chi form and finally closing Chi. Please dress in loose and comfortable clothing, with flat shoes, sandshoes or bare feet.
