Our qualified personal trainer will adapt exercises to individual needs and classes are designed to meet everyone’s level of fitness. The class focus is on general strength training and improving core strength with a small component of cardio, balance and flexibility.
Participants are required to supply their own exercise mat. Weather dependant some classes will be facilitated in the garden; others will be conducted in the studio gym. Class numbers are restricted to allow safe distance between participants.
Participants will need to have a device with camera and Zoom App downloaded. Create an account to login. Instructor will make contact and provide meeting number and password allowing connection to the class. If you have hand held weights at home, you can use these otherwise instructor will advise before class commences household items that can be used instead.
Classes are fun and interactive. Be dressed in comfortable fitness clothing, wear gym shoes, have a water bottle and a towel ready in case you need them. You need about two square metres space to allow movement and area to lie down. For some exercises a mat and band or belt is desirable but not essential for stretches etc.
