This dance course is about mindfulness. The steps of the dance focus mainly on hand-eye coordination, rhythmic movement involving the whole body, and body posture. To a background mix of western & Indian music, Sheena will guide you through the various steps – introducing new ones, but repeating the old ones so that all are remembered. Sheena says…” the best thing I want to give my students is to feel the inner happiness of being able to move with the flow of music together as a group, and with the positive energy from this, to learn new things with ease”.
