Art for Wellbeing

Learn the processes of Zentangle®, SoulCollage® and Intentional Creativity® to promote Wellbeing. This course is for people who are looking for meditative forms of art highlighting relaxation, focus, self-discovery, intuition and mindfulness.
Deanna is a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT), SoulCollage Facilitator, and Intentional Creativity Teacher. During this course you will experience a sampling of all 3 modalities, and how they can benefit your wellbeing. The sessions will explore pattern making, collage, painting & journaling.
Note that while you will learn skills and produce beautiful pieces, these workshops are about exploring the processes and benefits of each of the art forms.
If you can make a mark on a page - then you are creative! Previous art & drawing skills not required. Fee includes all materials supplied or loaned during the workshops.
